PediaPals
Remember the first time you visited the doctor? Sterile rooms and cold instruments were frightening. It’s little wonder why children often are anxious during visits to their pediatricians.
When PediaPals approached On-Demand Productions, they were looking to produce a video. But they needed more than that.
This project was designed to promote the PediaPal line of exam tables, instruments, accessories, and wall decals to decision makers (Pediatricians and Hospital/clinic administrators) and influencers (clinicians and support staff). It was also intended to increase awareness of the PediaPal brand.
The project consists of 4 elements:
On-Demand Productions designed an entire marketing campaign, based on our original “We Make Going to the Doctor Fun!” tagline. We interviewed customers to more completely understand why this was important.
We discovered that PediaPals products, together with the best practices of nurses and physicians made exams go much more quickly, and offered more complete patient/provider communications. Clinics enjoyed referrals and repeat visits, critical to the success of any medial organization.
After completing the video, PediaPals hired On-Demand Productions to develop a completely original website that leveraged the new tagline and featured the video.

PediaPals has enjoyed increased revenue, simply because decision makers realize the benefit of spending a few more dollars to enhance the experience of children.
